Artist’s statement: Venturing in this world we call Art is nothing more than breathing and eating – something we have to do. For me, Art is to explore different ways of image making and to understand why I need to make them. In the past nine months, I felt compelled to make a series of prints to release my frustration with what is going on around me. At the same time I wanted to show solidarity with those who are in need. The prints in the “Together We Stand” show reflect what was on my mind during this period.
