Karina Tavares Perez

Karina Tavares Perez is a Mexican-American Californian artist who goes by the alias peachperk & mrfruitsnack. They like to combine mediums for the final pieces.

Karina started drawing as a child, drawing fanart of their favorite cartoon characters. It was in early 2008 when they were exposed to anime and manga, and their drawing interest peeked. Again once again in college when they found books on the Mexican Revolution and were surrounded by mushrooms in the redwood forest of UCSC.
