Our New Look
An update on our new look! Thanks to everyone who’s reached out to offer support regarding our studio changes. We’ve launched a patreon site (https://www.patreon.com/graphicartsworkshop) to raise funds to help our cooperative workspace continue to offer affordable fine art printmaking facilities to local artists and keep the art of printmaking alive in San Francisco.
Graphic Arts Workshop Open House & Maren Salomon: Desert Chaparral Exhibit

GAW Open House 12-5:30, with reception for artist Maren Salomon’s works on paper exhibited in the front gallery. Exhibition will continue through May 9th, with open hours on Fridays and Saturdays from 12 noon to 5 pm.
Maren Salomon was born in Hamburg, Germany but spent the majority of my adolescence in California. In 2011 I received my B.A. Summa Cum Laude as Department Honoree from San Francisco State University’s Studio Art Department with an emphasis in printmaking.
S.F. Bay Area Printers’ Fair
The 2015 Bay Area Printers’ Fair & Wayzgoose is coming to San Jose’s History Park on April 18, 2015. Sponsored by the San Jose Printers’ Guild, this free event celebrates letterpress printing and allied arts.
The 2015 Printers’ Fair and Wayzgoose follows in the path of our successful 2014 event, and continues the tradition of the San Francisco Book Arts and Printers’ Fair. Print enthusiasts, students, educators, graphic designers, typophiles, artists, and printers new or old will enjoy the demonstrations, tours, and array of vendors and exhibitors. All ages are welcome!
